השנה תציג תרצה פיטן סלע הרצאה מעוררת השראה על קליגרפיה יפנית, מראשיתה ועד היום, תוך התמקדות ביצירת הקליגרפיה היפנית ביפן, ואפילו בישראל כיום.
תרצה תדגים כתב קאנג'י על גבי סימניות יפניות באמצעות מברשת ייחודית.
במהלך האירוע ניצור מיצג ענק של משאלות, כשכל המשתתפים מוזמנים לכתוב את ברכתם לכבוד השנה החדשה.
הצטרפו אלינו לאירוע מלא השראה עם המון תקווה, חוויה יפנית מסורתית אותנטית, אצלנו בשגרירות. ההשתפות חינם, ההרשמה היא חובה.

Kakizome書き初め, Literally "first writing", is a Japanese term for the first calligraphy written at the beginning of each year, and a tradition event we have at the embassy.
This year, Ms. Tirtza Paitan-Sela will present an inspiring lecture about calligraphy from its very beginning and up to Today, focusing on how relevant Japanese calligraphy still is in Japan, and even in Israel nowadays.
Tirtza will demonstrate writing Kanji, Japanese characters with a big brush.
People will also be invited to write their blessings on a big piece of paper and create a work of wishes.
